Location, Land:
The property is laying on the south side of Prospect Bay. The Bay is protected and has free access to the
Atlantic where you would pass small islands and beaches. The distance from the property to downtown

and about 230 ft on the public road. A small brook runs into a small pond and further through the
property. From the public road, a gravel driveway runs to the home and a natural driveway down to the
boat ramp.
